The world is filled with strange things, strange people and strange facts . Human beings right from the primitive times are inquisitive and curious by nature .In fact that is the cause of our existence,needless to mention about the incuriousity of Adam and Eve.

So above all materialistic things on earth the most crucial thing is access to information and application of such an information.

The point what i am trying to make is that its an art to get access to the right information ,through the right channel in the fastest possible way. Intelligent people call it "reading between the lines".

Typically to get an address map of a new location through google one has to navigate approximately 50 times or confirm to around 10-15 passers or auto drivers.To get information about real estate talk to agents, neighbours etc -typically a month long process. To learn a new job one needs to consult reluctant seniors or fetch info from ignorant juniors or read manuals or go through websites etc.There is nothing like "information available readily like a toothpaste or a toy.Information is not a commodity because it lies within people's brain.



So according to me the most difficult task of our times is to learn that tacit knowledge as it involves people. Tacit knowledge is khajana, that's the wealth of the day because it is stored with humans who would act secretive about it obviously because his/her importance is linked with it. We generally need each to feel important. A mother-in-law will never teach her secret recipe to dauther- in-law and a boss will not teach everything to his staff as they are insecured about overpowering.Information gone means importance gone.



Mantra here is social networking , diplomacy and relationship building. Try that out and tell me if that works for you as well.
